Once we found a few homes we liked (being first time buyers) Camelia's opinions and experience enabled us to make some seriously good negotiation moves and we ended knocking quite a bit off the purchase price - she has not only found us a great starter home, but at a very reasonable cost.
In all, Camelia's experience, drive, and diligence was fantastic - she had all the bases covered and kept myself and other members of my family informed of the progress and process throughout.

What can I say about Camelia? One word… AWESOME!!!!!!!! After a long search, we finally bought a house in September. As everyone knows, the housing market is crazy, low inventory meant higher home price. We have been outbid countless times.
